I've been a personal trainer/coach for over a decade, helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Previously, I served as a firefighter/EMT, where I developed strong discipline, teamwork, and a commitment to serving others. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through sports, exploring the beauty of Door County, and hitting the slopes for some downhill skiing. I also cherish spending time with my wife Kelly and my two beloved dogs, Mochi and Gimlet, and caring for my chickens.
