SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Small group training offers a unique and highly effective approach to fitness, blending the benefits of personalized coaching with the energy and support of a group setting. In each session, you'll work closely with a personal trainer in a small group of 3-10 participants, allowing for more focused instruction, tailored guidance, and a fun, motivating environment.

Our small group training offerings vary throughout the year, ranging from regularly scheduled classes to seasonal, themed programs. Our schedule below reflects our current offerings, but please reach out if you have a group that would like to train together!

Note that these are open to all, but 24/7 members receive a 25% discount on all programs and classes with the exception of Catalyst Rowing classes.
